It’s Fridaaaay!

Yipeeee.

I am VERY excited for the weekend; I’m having my 4 year old niece sleeping over and we’re having a Frozen weekend. She’s obviously Queen Elsa and I’m Princess Anna. We have our dresses at the ready and are going to visit castles like real Princess’ and see some horses to find out if Prince’s really do ride them, we’re decorating my apartment in snowflakes we’re going to make and  we’re watching the film. She has the biggest imagination (as well as truly believing she is a Princess) and I just can’t wait to create the world of Frozen with her – we’re immersing ourselves a bit like what method actors do.

Method actor Bradley Cooper has been nominated for an Oscar. Ok so you probably have heard, that’s not new news but guess what? You could reach that same level of success he has. How much different would your life be? How fulfilled would you feel with a non-stop acting career, having scripts land on your doormat every day, top directors begging to work with you, rolling up on a film set and creating some of the most memorable characters that people around the world know… Ah damn it

Wouldn’t we all? Well guess what? You CAN have it. No really, I’m not joking you REALLY can. I always tell the actors who train with me that anything is possible – man has managed to build spaceships and land on the moon so why can’t you get to Hollywood? It’s much closer than the moon for a start!

 HERE’S HOW BRADLEY COOPER DID IT

1. First of all he is a method actor – method actors take pride in their work and do a LOT of prep work to open up their sub-conscious to be able to express TRUTHFULLY. If you’re not quite sure what that means, to put it simply it makes you an exceptional actor.
2. As a method actor he is versatile, think Hangover, American Hustle, Sex and the City
