  1. I enjoyed the first two episode of the podcast very informative, both of them related with me on a personal level and I found them entertaining.

    Thank you for the podcast.
when you where talking about swiming it reminded me of when i was younger which is quiet a while back i actually learnt with the headmaster of the school to swim and i remember what scared me was diving under water and going through a hoop, i still actually didnt 100% breakthrough that fear but i remember doing it.
I am also short sighted and part color blind so im not sure if that part the issue i was having or if it just a story im telling myself.
It is something to do in the future to get over that fear i guess.
Also a few years ago i was at an event where i walked over fire on coal what i remember about that was just go, see your goal and just go and dont stop. the weird thing happen though as i was crossing the coal, it felt soft and i almost stopped because that sensation but i reminded myself of the instructions to keep walking across.
I also have done the breaking wooden board thing as well .
Because i am a type 7 personallity type (enneagram) i do tend over think the physcology behind it, but actually if it helps me take positive action then its good for me to do.
Also i have been using tension in a postive way to drive forward with fears but was experiencing a burnout phase which i am just comming out of now after alot of mindset work on myself this year.
Again thank you for sharing this podcast its really positive and love how supportive you are for actors.

  3. Thank you so much for your comment John. I’m smiling so big to read that this episode was useful for you. Louise
